Kamloops, B.C. Client charged with Impaired Driving. At the end of the trial, the Judge agreed with Mr. Jensen’s submissions that the accused’s right to a lawyer was violated and as a result, the breathalyzer evidence was be tossed out. NOT GUILTY.
